Who is SimBLISSity Tiny Homes?

SimBLISSity is a family owned and run business since 2013. Owners, Dot & Byron, have built Movable Tiny Homes for over 10 years, Gypsy Wagons for 5 years, and Mobile Stages for 3 years.

Where is SimBLISSity located?

SimBLISSity is located in the Rocky Mountain Front Range north of Boulder, Colorado.

What are Gypsy BLISS Wagons?

Gypsy BLISS Wagons offer a contemporary twist on the traditional Gypsy Vardos of bygone eras.  These modern, towable versions blend nostalgia with practicality, providing a unique and mobile experience inspired by the charm of the past.

How big are Gypsy Vardos?

Our standard and most popular Gypsy is 8’ wide at roofline and 10’ in length.

We can build larger up to 20’ in length.

What vehicle do I need for towing?

Most average vehicles can tow these Vardos. Some are light enough to be towed by a subcompact. Some will need a truck. It all depends on what you order. We can build to fit your vehicle’s towing capacity.

How long does it take to build?

Depending on previous orders in our building queue it can take as little as 6 – 10 weeks.

What is the cost of Gypsy BLISS Wagons?

The price depends on your design.

$15,000 – 65,000.

The average 10’ Gypsy is just under $30,000.

Subcompact size can be as low as $15,000.

Do I pay in full upfront or is there a payment schedule?

If you are unable to pay upfront we offer a payment schedule:

50 % at time of order

25 % at start of build

15 % two weeks after build starts

10 % upon completion

What are Gypsy BLISS Wagons used for?

They are so versatile and can be tailored for camping, spare bedroom, office, chill space, remote office, art studio, coffee shop, mobile vending, music festivals, art festival booth, Renaissance festivals, Burning Man and so much more! What do you need one for?

Can they be customized?

All Gypsy BLISS Wagons are custom built to our customer’s desires.

Who buys Gypsy Wagons?

Discerning people who want something out of the ordinary built with craftsmanship:

Campers, musicians, artists, professionals, digital nomads, venders, belly dancers; people who want to set their spirit free…

We have built for teens to retirees!

What are they built upon?

They are built on and securely attached to towable, modern, steel-framed, street-legal trailers.

Is there electric in them?

Electric is installed in most.

Are these Solar compatible?

They can be wired to be solar compatible.

Is there plumbing?

Plumbing can be installed by special order. We have built full kitchens, and bathrooms with shower and flush toilet.

How are they insulated?

TBD by clients.

Typically we install 1.5" – 2” of rigid foam in walls and ceiling.

Spray foam can be installed as well.

Do you deliver?

We deliver to nearby areas. Gypsys have been delivered to New England states, Florida, California, and Washington and in between. Professional delivery is available.

Is there a Warranty?

We provide a six-month warranty on workmanship.

Do you offer financing?

We do not offer financing. We can recommend you to a loan broker.

How do I insure my Vardo?

Homeowners insurance will typically insure Gypsy Wagons. Some auto policies will include the vehicle/trailer being towed.

Where can I stay in a Gypsy BLISS Wagon overnight?

You can rent a Gypsy Wagon at Bliss Camp, our Rocky Mountain Glamping Experience  between Boulder, Colorado and Rocky Mountain National Park.
